Sponsored by the Organizing Committee of the 2019 CIDEE, The event was jointly organized by China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team, Zhongguancun Aliance For Integration Of  Information Technology and Real Economy (formerly Contemporary Service Alliance for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization) and the Hebei Federation Of Manufacturing Industry And Internet Integration Development, and co-organized by Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province.
