China Universities E-sports League (CUEL) is a national large-scale university E-sports event sponsored by China Electronic Chamber of Commerce. It aspires to create the top events in Chinese universities and establish the exchange platform for Chinese college E-sports players. As one of the most popular E-sports events in Colleges and universities in China, CUEL, after one year's competition from eight major national competition areas, has finally determined the champions of "League of Legends", "Hearth Stone" and "Arena of Valor" from those competition areas. As the most popular college E-sports event in China, CUEL covered more than 900 colleges and universities in 2018-2019 season, and more than 100,000 people directly participated in the competition in the eight major competition regions of China, including Shanghai, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Yunnan, Inner Mongolia, Hunan and Chongqing.

After a year of competition, the final teams from 12 universities across the country, a total of 56 contestants competed in the "League of Legends", "Hearth Stone" and "Arena of Valor".
