China International Digital Economy Expo is approved by the state and sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Hebei Province. China Federation of Internet Societies, China Electronic Chamber of Commerce, China Information Technology Industry Federation, China International Electronic Commerce Center, China Netcasting Services Association, Center for International Economic and Technological Cooperation, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team, China Electronics Standardization Institute, China Center for Information Industry Development, China Committee of 100 of Digital Economy, China Software Industry Association, Shijiazhuang Municipal People's Government, Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and other provincial departments jointly hosted the only national exhibition with the title of digital economy in China. CIDEE was committed to creating an international grand meeting to lead the development of digital economy, a national platform to display the latest achievements of national digital economy, and a world-class platform for global digital economy exchanges and cooperation.
The first CIDEE was successfully held in Shijiazhuang from October 11 to 13, 2019. President Xi Jinping personally sent a congratulatory letter, and State Councilor Wang Yong attended the opening ceremony, read the congratulatory letter and delivered an important speech. Influential people gathered at the exhibition. Nobel Prize winners in economics, 17 Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering Academicians, 30 industry leaders and more than 200 experts and scholars delivered dialogue speeches. There were 9 G20 leading countries in digital economy, with a total of 493 well-known enterprises participating in the exhibition, such as Siemens, Amazon, Ericsson, Dassault, Esri, China Electronics, China Electronics, China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom and China Tower, and 180 world-famous leading enterprises in digital economy such as Huawei, Ali, Tencent and Baidu brought all the latest technologies, products and solutions to the exhibition. A large number of core and cutting-edge "killer" products and "emerging technologies" in the field of digital economy were unveiled, and 15 "ace" products were launched nationwide. Ziguang released the first "Tiger T710 Chip" in the AI chip performance list and the first "Three-dimensional Flash Chip" in China. Baidu released the world's first mass-produced passenger car with L4 automatic driving performance. Zhichang Robot launched the world's first 5G human posture recognition dual-arm 14-axis robot. China Electronics launched the "Feiteng New Generation Desktop Processor FT-2000/4". Yonyou launched the growth ERP based on cloud native architecture design-"YonSuite”, etc. More than 1,600 guests from 27 countries attended the opening ceremony, with 12,000 people attending the conference forum and 376,000 people attending the exhibition. More than 10 leading research results such as “the Second Forbes Top 100 Global Digital Economy List” and “2019 Global Digital Economy Development Report” were released. The final of the World University E-sports Competition was successfully held. China International Digital Economy Expo has aroused great concern and strong response from all walks of life, and has become an international grand meeting for digital economy exchanges and cooperation.
2020 CIDEE will be held in Shijiazhuang (Zhengding) International Convention and Exhibition Center on September 6-8, 2020. During the period, a series of activities will be held, including the opening ceremony, summit forum, comprehensive exhibition, theme salon, guest country, achievement release, finals of the World University E-sports Championship, and digital economic skills competition, so as to create a six-in-one comprehensive international platform of "Exhibition Competition+Experience+Release+Docking". Among them, the Comprehensive Exhibition Area is 70,000 square meters, with International Comprehensive Exhibition Area, 5G exhibition area, VR/AR Exhibition Area, Digital Economy Innovation Application Exhibition Area, Artificial Intelligence Exhibition Area, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Digital Economy Collaborative Exhibition Area, Digital Economy Interactive Experience Exhibition Area, Intelligent Manufacturing Exhibition Area, Smart People's Livelihood Exhibition Area, Smart Government Exhibition Area, Smart Society Exhibition Area, Digital Industrialization Exhibition Area, Industrial Internet Exhibition Area, etc., focusing on the future "blue ocean" of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization. The professional forum will hold a series of meetings around digital industrialization, industrial digitalization and digital governance. International competitions will organize the most competitive and valuable global championships in digital economy fields such as e-sports and Internet of Vehicles, which will set off a carnival upsurge of digital economy.
