Forum Activity Scheme Solicitation Notice

The first China International Digital Economy Expo was successfully held in Shijiazhuang from October 11 to 13, 2019. President Xi Jinping personally sent a congratulatory letter, and State Councilor Wang Yong attended the opening ceremony, read the congratulatory letter and delivered an important speech. Influential people gathered at the exhibition. Nobel Prize winners in economics, 17 Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering Academicians, 30 industry leaders, more than 180 guests from 9 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, 27 countries and a group of international organizations/institutions were invited to attend the conference, and a total of 376,000 people visited the exhibition, which attracted wide attention from digital economy practitioners at China and other countries.

2020 CIDEE will be held in Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 6 to 8. During the period, a series of activities such as opening ceremony, summit forum, series of parallel forums, comprehensive exhibition, guest country activities, theme salon, achievement release, competition contest will be held to create a six-in-one international exchange and cooperation platform for digital economy. 2020 CIDEE will focus on digital industrialization, industrial digitalization and digital governance, and invite domestic and foreign industry leaders to carry out high-end dialogues and concept collisions on new ideas, new products, new technologies and new applications of digital economy development. The experience activities will make every effort to create an immersive environment that the audience deeply perceives, so that the cutting-edge technologies and black technologies of digital economy such as VR/AR, 4K/8K, driverless, human-computer interaction, remote control and 5G+ applications will become "at your fingertips" and bring a colorful sensory feast to the audience. The results will be released in cooperation with global authorities, and a number of latest scientific research achievements and academic research reports such as digital economy basic theories, cutting-edge technologies and advanced application models will be released to guide the future development direction of the digital economy. Industrial docking will focus on major strategic opportunities such as the planning and construction of Xiong’An New Area, the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the preparation of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, and promote the docking cooperation of international and domestic projects in the digital economy to achieve win-win cooperation.

In order to further optimize the activity plan, enrich the activity content, innovate the exhibition mode, and improve the level of internationalization, specialization, high-end and industrialization, we are now collecting proposals for forum setting, activity arrangement, release content and competition arrangement of the 2020 CIDEE, which are required to be clear in theme, novel in form and attractive, in line with the current development direction of digital economy, and reflect the leading domestic and international first-class exhibition level.

The collection time is from now until March 31st, 2020. Please provide both paper materials and electronic versions. The organizing committee of the conference will follow the principles of fairness, impartiality and objectivity, and select excellent event planning schemes to be included in the overall event arrangement of 2020 CIDEE. Once the plan is adopted, the evaluated unit will receive the right to host the corresponding activities of the 2020 CIDEE. The evaluated individual will be invited to participate in the corresponding event planning, give a speech or participate in the exhibition related activities.
