The person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that from 2012 to 2020, China's industrial added value increased from 20.9 trillion Chinese yuan to 31.3 trillion Chinese yuan, of which the manufacturing added value increased from 16.98 trillion Chinese yuan to 26.6 trillion Chinese yuan, accounting for nearly 30% of the world from 22.5%. Since 2010, the added value of China's manufacturing industry has ranked first in the world for 11 consecutive years. China has the most sound industrial system in the world. Among the 500 main industrial products, the output of more than 40% of the products ranks first in the world.

China has built more than one million 5G base stations. 

At the same time, the information and communication industry has achieved new leaps. China has built the world's largest optical fiber and mobile communication network, with 5G base stations and terminal connections accounting for more than 70% and 80% respectively. As of August, China has built a total of 1.037 million 5G base stations, covering all prefecture level cities in China, more than 95% of County cities and 35% of township towns. 5G end users exceeded 400 million, making it the largest user group in the world.

The digital transformation of manufacturing industry is indeed a "required course" related to survival and development. We should accelerate 5G network deployment, build 5G based application scenarios and industrial ecology, and cultivate and expand emerging industries such as artificial intelligence, big data and blockchain.

It only takes 30 days for the car to go offline from placing an order, and the digital chemical plant has shortened the delivery cycle by 20%. 

Jin Wenhui, vice president of Jiangling Motors Group Co., Ltd., said that the data link of the whole company from sales, customer insight and production and the whole link has been opened up, which can quickly meet the needs of customers and improve the efficiency. 

Jiangxi is making every effort to promote the digital transformation of manufacturing industry, focusing on guiding the traditional industries accounting for about 70% of the industry, actively embracing new technologies such as VR, Internet of things and big data, and implementing the transformation from technical transformation to digital. At present, the province has applied 18,726 sets of intelligent equipment and implemented 1,332 "digital workshops". It is expected to build 30 intelligent manufacturing benchmarking enterprises by the end of the year, promote 50,000 small and medium-sized enterprises to “Internet Cloud", and the digital transformation rate of enterprises exceeds 60%. 

Nie Jianyao, deputy director of the Informatization Promotion Department of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, said that in terms of supporting the development foundation of digital economy, we should accelerate the industrial digital transformation and vigorously develop the industrial Internet. By building a platform and driving with the platform, we should cultivate and build a number of industry-level and enterprise level industrial Internet platforms, and promote enterprises to go deep into the "cloud" platform.
