According to 2022 Hebei Information and Communication Work Conference held by Hebei Communications Administration, the whole province will invest 16 billion Chinese yuan in fixed assets of information and communication industry and 77 billion Chinese yuan in telecom business and the total number of phone users will reach 94 million this year. In particular, the number of 5G terminal users will reach 40 million, the number of Internet broadband users will reach 30 million, the inter-provincial Internet export bandwidth will reach 90,000 G, 25,000 5G base stations will be built, and the 5G network will cover all areas at or above the township level and key rural areas in the whole province.
In 2022, the whole province will continue to promote network collaboration, information exchange and resource sharing among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. We will make full efforts to support the construction of Xiong'an Digital Economy Innovation and Development Pilot Zone, and build an ultra-high-speed, large-capacity and intelligent high-speed information and communication network in the New Area. We will devote every efforts to do well in the communication guarantee services for the 2022 Winter Olympics, and effectively carry out all the work to ensure the accomplishment of the communication and network security tasks for the 2022 Winter Olympics without any risk.
We will advocate for the development of new infrastructure, actively support and deeply participate in the construction and development of Shijiazhuang Zhengding Digital Economy Industrial Park and Zhangjiakou Huailai Big Data Industrial Base, comprehensively strengthen basic disciplines and give new energy to new information infrastructure in a bid to achieve strategic objectives, and continue to lay a solid network infrastructure foundation for enterprise digital transformation. We will go on serving the real economy and accelerate the construction and application of new information infrastructure. We will also implement Sailing Action of 5G application, deeply explore the typical application scenarios of "5G + industrial Internet", keep on carrying out the special action to improve IPv6 traffic, speed up the upgrading of industrial Internet, and help build a strong province in manufacturing and network and digital Hebei.
We will help implement Rural Revitalization Strategy, continuously improve the network coverage in the vast rural areas of Hebei, continuously expand the network access, coverage and application in rural areas, and gradually promote the construction of 5G networks in rural areas where conditions permit and demand exist.
We will deepen the normalization and long-term transformation of the services of switching telecom networks without changing numbers, and constantly improve aging services and barrier free services. We will further promote special actions such as anti-fraud of telecom networks and rectification of APP infringement on users' rights and interests, so as to further enhance the broad masses of the people's sense of gain, happiness and security.
