The plan proposes that the transportation technology and equipment will be more advanced, the fifth generation mobile communication (5G), Internet of things, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other technologies will be deeply integrated with transportation, important progress will be made in the construction of new infrastructure in the field of transportation, the digitization rate of transportation infrastructure will be significantly improved, and substantive breakthroughs will be made in data openness and sharing and platform integration and optimization.
The plan calls for accelerating the in-depth promotion and application of intelligent technology, adhering to innovation driven development, promoting the in-depth integration of new technologies such as Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and blockchain with the transportation industry, pushing forward the application of advanced technology and equipment, establishing an intelligent transportation system with ubiquitous interconnection, flexible coordination and global competitiveness, strengthening scientific and technological self-reliance and consolidating the foundation for innovation and development, enhancing the new driving force for the development of comprehensive transportation.
In promoting the intelligent upgrading of infrastructure, we shall build an information exchange network of facilities and equipment. We will steadily promote the coverage of 5G and other network communication facilities, and improve the coverage, real-time and reliability of information transmission in the field of transportation. 5G based application scenarios and industrial ecology pilot demonstration will be carried out in the field of intelligent transportation. We shall promote the deployment and application of the Internet of vehicles and support the construction of an integrated and collaborative intelligent management system of "vehicle-road-traffic management". We will build a new generation of rail transit mobile communication and aviation communication system, study and push forward the compatibility and interoperability of multi-level rail transit signal systems, and synchronously optimize the access conditions of trains, aircraft and other mobile Internet. We will improve the informatization of postal confidential communication. At the same time, we shall integrate and optimize the comprehensive transportation information platform. We will improve the supervision service function of the comprehensive transportation information platform and promote the construction of automatic driving supervision platform in qualified areas. We will build a global shipping service network based on blockchain technology. We shall optimize and integrate the civil aviation data information platform. We will improve the capacity integration capacity of the logistics information platform, strengthen the smart cloud supply chain management and smart logistics big data application, and accurately match the supply demand. We will build an intelligent urban traffic management platform in an orderly manner and strengthen the fine management of urban traffic.
