At present, China's "5G + industrial Internet" has formed 20 typical application scenarios in ten key industries. China's "5G + industrial Internet" development environment has continued to improve, and great progress has been made in policy system, technical standards, infrastructure, integrated application and industrial ecology. Yu Xiaohui, president of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, said that it is necessary to solve the problem of high price of 5G industrial chip modules and eliminate industrial bottlenecks in order to accelerate the release of the potential of "5G + industrial Internet". He said that we should solve the problem of lack of 5G terminals, constantly enrich 5G general terminals and industry terminals, and further optimize the industrial public service platform of "5G + industrial Internet".
Xiao Yaqing stressed that the popularization of "5G + industrial Internet" application should firmly hold the key of technological innovation and promote the integration, innovation and collaborative application of emerging technology groups. Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will focus on the supply of common technologies in the industry, vigorously promote the open competition mechanism to select the best candidates, give full play to the main role of enterprise innovation, and realize the rapid R & D and industrialization of industrial modules, sensors, key software and others.
