At the same time, under the guidance of The Network Security Administration of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, The Industrial Internet Industry Alliance, The Industrial Information Security Industry Development Alliance and The Commercial Password Application Promotion Standard Working Group of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued The Industrial Internet Security Standard System (2021).
Experts said that as the product of the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry, the industrial Internet has spawned many new technologies, new models, new formats and new industries. As continuously expanding the industrial scale and strengthening the innovation ability, we shall speed up the construction and improvement of the standard system, monitoring system and evaluation system of the industrial Internet industry, so as to provide basic support and security guarantee for the high-quality development of the industrial Internet industry.
Building industrial Internet standard system
Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and The National Standardization Administration Commission pointed out that we shall unswervingly implement the strategy of building a strong manufacturing country and a strong network country, further establish and improve the industrial Internet standard system, comprehensively promote the work of domestic and international standards, increase the effective supply of standards, strengthen the implementation of standard application, and accelerate the construction of a unified, integrated and open industrial Internet standard system, give full play to the supporting and leading role of standards in promoting the high-quality development of industrial Internet.
The Guide to the Construction of Industrial Internet Comprehensive Standardization System (2021 Edition) points out that the industrial Internet standard system includes basic commonality, network, edge computing, platform, security and application. The construction goal is that by 2023, we will formulate over 15 basic common standards of term definition, general demand, supply chain / industrial chain, talents and others, formulate over 40 key technical standards of "5G + industrial Internet", information model, industrial big data, security protection and others, formulate more than 25 application standards for key industries of automobile, electronic information, steel, light manufacturing (household appliances), equipment manufacturing, aerospace and petrochemical. We will promote the first application of standards in key industries and fields, and guide enterprises to meet standards in R & D, production, management and other links. By 2025, we will formulate more than 100 standards for key technologies, products, management and application of industrial Internet, build a unified, integrated and open industrial Internet standard system, and form a good situation in which standards are widely used and keep pace with the international advanced level.
Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and The National Standardization Management Committee said that in accordance with the key directions and project tasks determined in the construction guidelines, it is necessary to speed up the development of key standards of basic general, key technologies and typical applications, strengthen the effective connection between standards in all links of the industrial chain supply chain, and pay attention to the coordination and matching between national standards and industrial standards, encourage social organizations to formulate advanced group standards around the new technologies and needs of the industrial Internet, and guide and support the development of the industrial Internet.
Give play to the leading role of standards and norms
It is reported that in order to systematically promote the research on industrial Internet security standard system, we shall speed up the formulation of key standards such as basic commonalities, key technologies and typical applications, and multiple institutions and departments jointly set up The Industrial Internet Security Standard System (2021).
The industrial Internet security standard system consist of 3 categories including classified and hierarchical security protection, security management and security application services, 16 sub areas and 76 specific directions. This plays an important supporting role in giving full play to the leading effect of standards and norms, accelerating the establishment of classified and hierarchical management system of network security, strengthening the security protection ability of industrial Internet enterprises, and promoting the high-quality development of network security industry.
At the same time, under the guidance of The Network Security Administration of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, The National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center and China Academy of Industrial Internet jointly organized and held a kick-off meeting on the preparation of industrial Internet security standards. At the meeting, all participating units, including China Mobile, China Unicom, Information Engineering Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beihang University, fully exchanged the contents of the first batch of standards, and said that they would work closely together to speed up the progress of standards preparation and give full play to the normative and leading role of standards.
