On February 14, the unveiling and signing ceremony of Hebei Artificial Intelligence Computing Center was held in Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Hebei Artificial Intelligence Computing Center and Hebei Artificial Intelligence Ecological Innovation Center were unveiled, and the first batch of 10 enterprises (including universities and colleges) settled in the center signed contracts on site.

Hebei Artificial Intelligence Computing Center (HAICC) is the only Artificial Intelligence Computing Center in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. With an investment of 590 million Chinese yuan, the project will build a public computing service platform, an application innovation incubation platform, an industrial aggregation development platform, a scientific research innovation and talent platform, gradually form an artificial intelligence ecological industry cluster, and inject new momentum into the development of digital economy in Hebei. The project provides inclusive computing services for AI enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, supports the business innovation of AI enterprises and promotes the development of AI industry. HAICC will also build Hebei Artificial Intelligence Ecological Innovation Center, gather artificial intelligence talents through the innovation center, carry out application innovation incubation, promote the transformation and landing of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei innovation achievements in Langfang, and guide the upstream and downstream enterprises of the artificial intelligence industry chain to Langfang. The center will actively face industrial empowerment, build an open and win-win artificial intelligence industrial ecology, push forward the upgrading of intelligence in thousands of industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, and become the core driving force of regional digital economy development and industrial upgrading.

HAICC will build the first full stack autonomous and controllable AI computing center and innovation center in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, providing a public service platform for AI enterprises and scientific research institutes in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.
