2021 Hebei Shenzhen New Generation Information Technology Industry Matchmaking Meeting is hosted by the Organizing Committee of 2021 China International Digital Economy Expo, co-organized by Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Shenzhen Bureau of Rural Revitalization, Cooperation and Exchange, Shenzhen Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and jointly sponsored by Shenzhen Electronic Chamber of Commerce and Hebei Information Industry and Informatization Association. At the meeting, through expert keynote speeches, Hebei Park Promotion, Shenzhen Product And Technology Promotion, project signing and others, we will promote cross regional industrial interconnection, promote the coordinated innovation development of industrialization, accelerate the construction of close connection and industrial transfer of innovation ecological chain between Hebei and Shenzhen, and improve the ability of global resource allocation in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, so as to build into a world-class urban agglomeration and a world-class Bay area.

Since the signing of the framework agreement on further deepening comprehensive strategic cooperation between the people's Government of Hebei Province and People's Government of Shenzhen City in November 2018, the two sides have given full play to the comparative advantages of the two provinces and cities, continuously broadened the field of cooperation, deepened the content of cooperation and improved the level of cooperation. The two sides have established closer comprehensive strategic cooperation in serving the planning and construction of Xiong'An New Area, promoting cooperation in key industries, strengthening innovation cooperation and enhancing cooperation in education and talents. Shenzhen Electronic Chamber of Commerce has established a strategic cooperation mechanism with Hebei Information Industry and Informatization Association. Every year, during Shenzhen Electronic Information Industry Expo and China International Digital Economy Expo (Shijiazhuang), both two sides organizes Hebei Shenzhen industry matchmaking meetings and Hebei Shenzhen enterprises to investigate well-known enterprises and industrial parks in the two places, deepening the cooperation between the two places in the government exchanges and cooperation in industries, enterprises and other fields. In recent years, Hebei and Shenzhen have continuously improved the cooperation mechanism, paid attention to the effectiveness of cooperation and promoted the implementation of projects. Remarkable achievements have been made in serving the construction of Xiong'an New Area and introducing strategic emerging industries. The two sides have conducted in-depth cooperation in many fields and promoted a number of major projects such as well-known enterprises and listed companies in Shenzhen's electronic information industry such as Huawei, Kingdee, Shenzhen Kingdom Sci-Tech Co., Ltd.., Shenzhen Shengwei, MOBI and Nations Technologies Inc., which have successively landed in Hebei, promoting the high-quality development of Hebei's electronic information industry.
