In order to promote collaborative innovation of digital economy, accelerate the matching of key technologies and innovative products of scientific research institutions with the real economy, promote the deep integration of innovation chain and industrial chain, and form a joint force of government, industry, education and research, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province, together with the Scientific and Technological Innovation Development Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, combined with the development needs of digital economy in Hebei Province, has collected 739 technological and product innovation achievements in the field of digital economy, which will be released during 2021 China International Digital Economy Expo, and has organized the key parks in various cities to carry out matchmaking cooperation.

Facing the major national needs and international scientific and technological frontier, relying on the national innovation platform and national key laboratory, aiming at the subversive and exploratory key technology fields and accurately connecting the technical and economic needs of industrial development, a number of achievements has not only broken the international technological monopoly, but also achieved the international leadership in this field and filled the gap of domestic technology and industry.

■ Wide Application Range of Achievements

The products can be widely used in industry, agriculture and service industry, and has strong technicality and high practicability. In terms of industrial applications, they covers intelligent equipment supporting products, software and information technology services supporting enterprises to realize digital transformation. In terms of agricultural application, they have "smart agriculture" measurement and control system, processing and detection and other technical services. In terms of service industry application, they include government departments, enterprises and family scene services, digital protection, medical treatment, transportation and other platforms.

■ High Product Technology Maturity

Among the achievements collected, more than one quarter of the products are mature and have achieved small batch mass production, which has reached the stage of industrialization promotion and application. One third of the products form a prototype and have passed the demonstration and verification of typical simulation environment under laboratory conditions, which is feasible and practical. Many products in the R & D stage have also obtained patent certification.
